Our beginning cheerleading classes are designed to teach the techniques that will ensure future success. Classes include instruction in tumbling, stunting, jump technique, motions and dance. Students will also learn how to work together as a team to achieve a common goal. Many of our current competition team members began their journey here and have used the foundation these classes provide to find great success in the sport. Join the Denali family today!

Tumbling Classes are an excellent way to work on new skills or to polish old ones before competitions and tryouts. Let our experienced coaching staff teach you the proper technique and drills to help you achieve your tumbling goals in the shortest possible time. Come flip with us!

Beginners Level focuses on getting that back-handspring! Also covers basic body positioning necessary for good tumbling, as well as cartwheels, round-offs and front tumbling. No tumbling experience necessary.

Intermediate requires a student to have their back-handspring before sign up. This class is designed to help you turn your back-handspring into a back-tuck! Progressions for multiple back-handsprings, front tumbling and tucks, and both standing and running tumbling will be covered extensively.

Advanced requires a student to have their back tuck before you sign up. This class is designed to teach you the advanced skills that will help you to stand out in the crowd! Proper technique in layouts, twisting and variations (Arabians, split fulls, tumble-outs) will be covered. Standing tumbling into advanced skills will also be a focus.
